Appointed as President Commissioner of PT BAT Indonesia Tbk on 27 May 2008. He previously held the position of Senior Advisor to the Minister of Industry and Trade. Prior to that, he has undertaken several key government positions within the Ministry of Trade and Industry, amongst others as Director General of Foreign Trade, Director General for International Trade, and Director General for Domestic Trade. He was also the President Director PT Sarinah and Trade Attache for the Indonesian Embassy in the Philippines.

John Moffat is the Regional Head of Finance for BAT Asia Pacific based in Hong Kong, having joined the Asia Pacific Region in October 2006. He started with British American Tobacco in 1983 as a travelling auditor, then worked in Nigeria, Ghana and UK in a varied number of roles before becoming Finance Director for Asia Pacific North based in Hong Kong in 1994.  In 1998 he became Regional Finance Controller for Latin America based in Brazil moving to Europe Region in 2002 before returning to Asia again in his current role. John is an Accountant and has a BSc in Microbiology. He is married to Heather and has four children.  He enjoys many sports including golf and rugby but is now happy to watch the rugby.

Rudy Rene de Cueninck Van Capelle, Komisaris Independen

Rudy Capelle has wide experiences in banking, finance and risk management.  He has occupied a number of  management positions as Finance Director, Managing Director, Executive Directors in Kalbe Farma Group, Barito Pacific Timber Group and PT Postindo Audiovisual.  Since July 2000, he has been active as Private Businessman, Financial & Trade Consultant and currently  he is the partner of RiskMan Andalan Partnership.

“James Richard Suttie is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He joined Rothmans International as a Commercial Accountant/Manager in 1972 and after a number of roles was appointed Finance Director of Carreras of Jamaica Ltd. in 1982. He was subsequently appointed as Finance Director Rothmans International (Europe) Ltd in 1984 and Finance Director Rothmans of Pall Mall (Malaysia) Berhad in 1992. In !997 he was appointed Regional Financial Controller for Rothmans, Asia, and in 1999, after the merger with British American Tobacco PLC.(BAT), he was appointed Regional Financial Controller Africa, and subsequently, in 2002, he was appointed as the Regional Financial Controller Asia Pacific. He held this appointment to his retirement from British American Tobacco PlC on the 31st December 2006. He is currently a Director of British American Tobacco (Malaysia) Berhad”.
