Bentoel Group is a modern IT-based companies in every line of work. One of it processes which emphasizes the application of technology is a sales and distribution. Supported by the Directorate ISBP,  sales & distribution team has been working to develop sustainable technologies to support sales operations in order to improve productivity, efficiency, operating time, the speed improvement and smoothness of the information, and also coordination among the lines  in the implementation of strategies that have been made. Directorate of Marketing to develop sales area, which includes provision of accurate data, making the area development plan that most effectively and efficiently to the execution programs to improve sales performance. While the Production Directorate plays a role in planning the provision of products Bentoel Group in accordance with the needs of sales, distribution from factory in Malang wide quickly and ensure product quality to consumers Bentoel Group maintained properly.

The good teamwork can be seen from the sales volume performance that increased. Bentoel Group has applied the Be One Mobile application for PDA equipped Sales Officer. Be One Mobile is a working tool that helps Sales Officer in performing daily work processes in their regions, as well as improve the quality control functions are performed and records information related to sales operations, in particular the activities of competitors.

All Sales Manager  also equipped with PDA to get responsive daily information accurately, which includes sales performance, sales visits, distribution levels, the stock of cigarettes for sale and also information from competitors’ products. With this device, Sales Manager easier to analyze sales performance and faster in making work plans, including coordination with related teams.
War Map created in 2007 already gives the right direction for sales and distribution team and the Directorate of Marketing in developing area based on data for the manufacture of the work plan effectively.

In 2008 Bentoel Group has developed a War map application to make it easier for sales & distribution team to get all the information in the visual map  of the district at the smallest level. The information displayed includes information on sales, performance requests and other information directly derived from information such as Be One Enterprise Liability Company (SAP R3), Be One Intelligent (SAP BW), and Be One ASMO System (BOSnet). And also external data such as demographic data from the Central Statistics Agency, the status of development areas from the survey results and also other information required by sales and distribution team as well as the Directorate of Marketing. The combination of maps and tables display is made of existing data become more clear and to produce the development plan the area better.

The process of distributing products Bentoel Group to ensure the availability of products on the market is also a concern sales & distribution team. In 2008 Bentoel Group has used GPS application function on the unit called Vehicles Vehicle Tracking System / VTS.
This program can monitor the position of each unit of the vehicle and also other information such as vehicle speed, mileage, and the status of the vehicle, such as the vehicle stopped, engine trouble and the vehicle out of the path should be.
Such information can be processed further for transmission planning products Bentoel Group maximally, spending more cost efficient and also improve the function of vehicle control which is a corporate asset.
