2010 marked the first full year of operations for the merged Bentoel operations following the merger of PT BAT Indonesia Tbk and PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk (The Company). The integration of the two companies brought a lot of challenges however we successfully embraced those challenges to deliver remarkable achievements in 2010.
